Description
The Osborn ATB Master Wheel Brush has a wide-face construction which is very effective on metallic and non-metallic materials. The cutting action does not require the use of a compound, so there is no need to clean finished parts. The brushes may be used singly or mounted in multiples for a wider face. The brushes are ideal for ceramic applications including deburring turbine blade dovetails, dovetail slots on turbine disc/rotors, powder metal gears and pedestal grinders in robotic cells. Adapters for mounting into smaller shafts can be purchased separately.
