Description
The Osborn ATB Rectangular Filament Internal Brush features tough nylon filaments packed with hard silicon carbide grit for a more aggressive finishing and longer life of the brush. The extruded nylon monofilament has a flat, rectangular cross-section which brings twice as much grit in contact with the surface. The large brush creates a highly efficient side-swiping action. The brushes can be used wet or dry at operational speeds of approximately 600 to 1400 RPM. The brush is ideal for automated or manual deburring, honing, edge contouring, ID work on cylinders, camshaft bores, valve bodies, pistons and blocks.
