The Osborn Ty Encapsulated Hollow Center End Brush is for small diameter tools and provides fast, positive cleaning action in corners and other hard-to-reach places. The preflared and bonded rigid elastomer supportings the steel wire fill. The TY polymer supports each wire working point to provide maximum work with minimal pressure. The unique shapes and characteristics of TY encapsulated end brushes make them ideal for unusual applications. The brush is for weld prep, weld cleaning and confined area general cleaning. As a safety precaution, the shank must be fully inserted into the chuck or collet and tightened securely.
