The Klein Auger Bit drills through nails, wood, vinyl, plastics, and heavy wood with ease. The special bit steel features machine ground flutes and polished edges for quick and smooth boring. The head and twist are ground to correct clearance for easy removal from the hole. The feed screw pilot draws bit into wood. The full length of the bit is heat treated and tempered. The bit is ideal for heavy construction and repair work in mines, on docks, and bridges as well as electrical work.
